Commercial AC in Ahmedabad — surveyed first, quoted second

Cassette, tower, ductable and VRF systems for shops, clinics, offices and small industrial units. We do not publish a rate card for these because anyone who does is guessing — the price depends on the system, the access and how much downtime your business can absorb.

What we work on

The four system types we handle

Between them these cover almost every commercial installation in Ahmedabad outside of large industrial plant.

Cassette units

Ceiling-recessed, four-way throw. Common in showrooms, clinics and restaurants. Servicing means working above a false ceiling, which is why access is the first thing we look at on a survey.

Tower / floor-standing

High-capacity units for halls, banquet spaces and larger showrooms. Heavy airflow, heavy filters, and they show dirt in the cooling figures fast.

Ductable systems

One indoor unit feeding several rooms through ducting. The units are straightforward; the ducting is where problems hide, and balancing airflow across outlets is most of the skill.

VRF / VRV

Multiple indoor units on one refrigerant circuit with variable flow. Efficient and genuinely complex — diagnosis matters far more than brute force, because a fault in one branch shows up as a symptom somewhere else.

Why no price list

Why commercial work is quoted, not listed

We publish exact prices for every residential service on this site. For commercial we deliberately do not, and it is worth explaining why rather than leaving it looking evasive.

VariableWhy it changes the price
System type and tonnageA 2 ton cassette and an 18 ton VRF are not the same job in any respect — labour, gas volume and diagnostic time all scale.
Number of indoor unitsA VRF with nine indoor heads is nine cleans plus one circuit, not one service.
AccessCeiling-recessed units above a false ceiling, or a condenser on a roof with no lift, add real hours. This is the variable most quotes ignore until they are on site.
When we can workA clinic that cannot close and a showroom happy for us to come at 9 PM are different jobs at different costs.
ConditionA system on a maintenance schedule is quick. One that has not been touched in four years is not, and pretending otherwise on the phone helps nobody.

So the survey is free and the quote is written. You see the number before anything is agreed, and it does not move afterwards unless we find something and tell you first.

Keeping it running

Maintenance contracts for commercial systems

The residential AMC at ₹1,199 is built for a single home unit. Commercial maintenance is structured differently, for a straightforward reason.

Frequency is higher

A shop with a door opening two hundred times a day pulls far more dust across the coil than a bedroom does. Quarterly is usually the right interval, not twice a year.

Downtime is the real cost

If your AC fails in May, the loss is not the repair bill — it is a day of customers who did not stay. Scheduled maintenance is bought to avoid that, not to save on cleaning.

Work happens around you

Servicing is scheduled before opening, after closing or on your quietest day. For most of our commercial customers this matters more than the price.

One number, whole site

Every unit tracked on one schedule, so you are not fielding calls about which cassette was last serviced. We keep that record.

Commercial AC, specifically

Questions about this service

Do you service cassette and ductable ACs?

Yes — cassette, tower, ductable and VRF systems, for shops, clinics, offices and small industrial units across Ahmedabad. These are quoted per site after a survey rather than at a fixed rate, because tonnage, the number of indoor units and how easy the units are to reach change the job substantially.

Why can you not give a price over the phone for commercial AC?

Because any number we gave you would be a guess, and it would change once we saw the site. A 2 ton cassette in an accessible ceiling and an 18 ton VRF with nine indoor heads are entirely different jobs. The survey costs you nothing and the written quote that follows does not move unless we find something and tell you first.

Can you work outside our business hours?

Yes, and for most commercial customers that is the point. Servicing is scheduled before opening, after closing or on your quietest day. Tell us your trading pattern when you book the survey and we will plan around it.

Do you offer AMC for commercial systems?

Yes, but structured differently from the ₹1,199 residential contract. Commercial systems usually need quarterly attention rather than twice a year because of the dust load, and the contract is priced against your specific site after the survey.

Do you handle VRF systems?

Yes. VRF needs proper diagnosis rather than guesswork, since a fault in one branch commonly shows up as a symptom in a completely different room. We would rather spend the time finding the actual cause than replace parts hopefully.

How quickly can you come out if a commercial unit fails?

Call us before noon and we will get to you the same day anywhere in Ahmedabad. Sites on a maintenance contract with us go to the front of the queue, which in peak summer is a meaningful difference.

Tell us what you run and we will come and look.
